We have bought this shoe many times. They are beautiful, clean and so simple. They are easy for your little man to put on. They stayed with us for a while. The only problem is the wear on the tip. But that's not because of the making of shoes, it's because my son plays hard in them. He wears sturdy shoes 2-3 times a week. We buy them if they outgrow them and stay in good condition. The sole isn't slippery (one of my favorite pesky ones, so it's nice) and it's not an old-school bulky shoe. We had to buy 2 brown ones as it outgrew one size. 3 black ones, one had outgrown and the other was badly battered by the game but at the time they were selling for $11 so I bought a new pair anyway. And here we just turned grey. They're good, but I might go back because I don't think they really go with most of his clothes. But the shoes are nice and hold up well. So far none of my purchases have fallen apart. Maybe we're just lucky?
