The first ones skirt fell apart but we love the dress. Admittedly my sweet granddaughter is a rough and tumble princess! We sent it back and the second came in pretty much the same condition, not wanting to return again and satisficed overall with the rest of it, I used permanent fabric glue to attach the small bit of the bottom of the shirt to the skirt. I also ran a line of glue along the seem underneath.
