Doesn't work and replacement doesn't work either.

He worked one day and then my car, a Honda CRV, had no power at all. It's not my car's fault because other chargers work and the company sent me a replacement. He worked for several days and also died. What happened? It's a great price, but if it doesn't work, then it doesn't matter. I didn't even want to ask for another replacement because the quality control doesn't look good. Two stars because fast and good quality.
