Most medium-sized ones are too small for me and most large ones move too much and interfere with training. I ordered XL of these shirts and they fit perfectly. The wicking material is a bit thicker than regular wicking shirts, but not hot or anything like that. You breathe just fine. The fit is perfect, chafing is controlled and they are long enough to go past the hem of the shorts. Considering the pleasant cost, it fully justifies itself.
