It has been very easy to integrate with our existing system, and it's really helped us grow our customer base. We're able to track sales data in real time, which was not possible before this product! I love that we can now see all our current leads at once as well as their past purchase history. Customer service could use some improvements - but nothing major. If you are looking for an integrated CRM/Salesforce tool than look no further! This has saved me so much time, especially when dealing with our large database of contacts. Our sales team would also have access to any contact information they need without having to search through multiple databases or emails each day.
