I like how it is very user friendly. It has multiple ways to input data into their system. You can either upload an excel file with all of your information in one sheet, you can use csv format which is great because not everyone knows how to navigate through an Excel spreadsheet. Or you could also just manually enter all of the info, but this method takes more time. The only thing i dislike about koinly is they have a lot of fees associated with them. Their customer service doesn't seem as helpful as other companies. They are still working out some bugs within there platform. If you're looking for something simple to help prepare taxes online then definitely give koinly a try! I am using koinly to easily transfer my bitcoin from wallet 1 (my exchange) to wallet 2 (my personal wallet).
