not good for pre-workout
I have bought this product twice. When I first bought it it worked so well. It gave me a good amount of energy without tingling too much and tasted fantastic. I felt like I made great strides in the gym using this. The second time I bought it, it tasted terribly sour. It made my heart beat faster and I almost threw up a couple of times. I threw away the second container and bought a different brand of products.
