I've been buying Anker products for ten years. Their products are some of the best out there, the product warranties are second to none, and I've never had a problem with customer service. I have only had to replace items 2-3 times and each time the lifetime warranty where applicable has been honored and a new item shipped out immediately. I now look to the Anker brand first when shopping for accessories for all my electronic and standalone products such as speakers, portable power supplies and a USB hub. I tried this with my iPad Pro, Note 20 Ultra and headphones connected. All three charged at the same time. Charging went very quickly with no problems.
