The paint cracked after a month - poor quality. Very disappointed

I bought this table less than 2 months ago for my 18 month old. He has a practice snack table in the kitchen so it is used very rarely, mostly even with dry snacks, we still leave messy food for his high chair. I noticed a little pop in pain pretty early on and now it's grown and looks really awful. I'm also concerned about safety as the paint is peeling. I would like to be able to return this product as it wasn't exactly cheap and it seems that way. Low quality.
