If you have an iPhone 6+ phone in a large case like the Otter Box Defender, please buy the large holder. If it's a thin case, the middle one works perfectly. Like iPhone 6, the bulky body becomes medium and the thin body becomes small. I use iPhone 6+ for personal use and 6 for work. I originally ordered a large case but recently switched to a slim case so I ordered a medium mount to better fit the phones. Delivery was good, customer service was good.
