I started losing weight last year and my nutritionist advised me to get a scale to measure portion sizes of proteins and vegetables. I bought this little guy a day later and he's been keeping me company ever since. A little over a year later I lost 100 pounds. Not to say that I lost so much weight thanks to these weights, but I definitely couldn't have done it without them! I haven't had to change the batteries yet, although I use it at least twice a day. This scale has made portion control easier for me and I am forever grateful.
