With this video and Dean Capuo's excellent and clear instructions I was able to solve a power problem on my old Delta Elite that two so called "gunsmiths" missed. Just set up the extractor like Dean shows and it works. Easy. Was it worth the price to me? Definitely. This well filmed video really made me feel like I could take my 1911 apart and fix any minor issues it might have. This is not a tutorial on how to make your own racing gun - this is for the trained and experienced gunsmith. But if you can tell one end of a screwdriver from the other after watching this video, you'll be able to keep your 1911 working.
