I haven't tested the battery life yet, but judging by the performance of the fan it should be worth the money. Very glad I bought it. It blows quite far and makes almost no noise. I don't know why I was trying to clip it to the carry case but the clip looks very solid and strong and doesn't look like it's going to break.
