Before purchasing this product I was trying to save money on a cheaper foam windshield cover which was obviously inferior. It was a serious struggle not to tear, and in the end it did little to improve the sound quality of my Yeti (even when I tried to help it by putting two layers of quilted cotton wool over it with an elastic band. As it turned out, My attempts to save money actually resulted in throwing my money away.On the other hand, this product immediately struck me as a quality product.First of all,it was almost twice the size and it didn't take me any effort to attach my microphone.The velvety finish covers a thicker high quality foam and eliminates echoes much better so it no longer sounds like I'm recording from a locker room.Very happy with my purchase and highly recommend!
