Fixing a Leaking Fitting
I was glad to find this fitting as it seems to be the only one available for toilets that don't have a standard 7/8 inlet. And was disappointed when I installed it and it leaked. If you look at all the connections, the three main threaded connectors take rubber compression and that was fine, but the connector you use to connect to your corner stop (wall) has a threaded hex internally. Find the right hex wrench and pull it out again. Tape or pipe sealant on it and tighten it, there will be no more leakage.
