Everything about this product is great, except for the mute button.Sometimes, it takes 1-3 seconds for the mute button to un-mute.This can get very annoying if you're constantly muting and un-muting yourself, or need to jump into a call immediately.Also, sometimes the mute function intermittently goes on and off automatically for a half second or two.Other than that, the quality is good from a construction standpoint.EDIT#1 - Customer service has been fantastic. They're very quick and responsive and have arranged to send me a replacement ASAP. The parcel service lost my package and eMeet quickly is sending another on the way.I give them a solid 5 stars for service and will be changing my rating once I'm able to test the replacement product later this week.EDIT#2 - I've received my replacement and it is of much better quality. The original product I received was outdated and/or defective.Here are some differences between my original and replacement.1. Box was shrink wrapped this time2. USB-C, instead of microUSB connector3. Mute/Unmute button works flawlessly with no lag4. Microphone quality better (I used to get comments in regards to a slight echo, but not for the replacement)5.
