Picture quality is excellent for such an inexpensive, low-resolution screen. Images have excellent clarity and no ghosting thanks to smooth motion with a 60Hz refresh rate. Viewing angles are good; horizontally you can see at fairly steep angles before it becomes illegible, but vertically you should be roughly parallel before the image goes dark. This means the picture quality looks fantastic when viewed from the right angle. Outside of that, it's basically useless. The included cables will do the job when used with a Raspberry Pi, but if they're designed for desktop use, you'll need to buy a longer HDMI cable and a micro-USB cable or USB hub. Using micro-USB is also another annoyance since USB-C is the standard these days. There's no switch on the display to turn it on or off, but is there one specifically for the backlight? If you end up wanting to turn it off, you'll need to turn it off to ensure Windows doesn't see the display as something to open. The touchscreen is a nice addition that can come in handy when multitasking on a desktop or as the primary display on a Raspberry Pi. On Windows, touch is responsive, accurate and all around works well. If you need a second display for reading chats, passive activities like RuneScape, system monitoring, background videos, and basic multitasking, I think this display will do just fine.
