Plugs don't stay in sockets.

I bought 2 of them (the price was approaching), but there is a problem with them. What I connect actually disconnects after a while. When you plug something in, it takes a lot of effort to plug it all the way in and you hear a click. At first I thought it was a way of plugging a plug into an outlet. But I soon found that the plugs themselves came out of the socket - nothing around them and nothing moving (in the computer closet).
