This slip-on fan has proven to be perfect for spinning! We have a turning room that just doesn't cool enough. This fan keeps me from overheating and attaches securely to the bike. It's barely audible even at maximum speed. I had to charge it after three 55 minute sessions. I only used the low speed following the manufacturer's directions. At high speed, you need to charge earlier. Small size just right for my gym bag.
