I installed the Guard on our 60 inch Silverback glass back with my two sons for Christmas. The product is *not* easy to install, even for three people. While the printed instructions are clear enough, the problem is that the parts in the box are not numbered according to the instructions, making some installations a guesswork. We had to remove two steps after realizing things weren't right were made device suits us. We can't figure out how to fully stretch the top left and right corners and the bottom left and right corners - so network coverage at the moment is lower than it should be. I'm actually quite surprised at how little horizontal coverage you get with the mesh. With what's currently installed we probably won't get more than 9 feet of linear horizontal coverage - 4.5 feet on each side of the shield. hard - beautifully painted/powder coated. The mesh itself seems well made and should last a while. The straps for attaching the net to the pole are wide and durable. Everything is beautifully done. In general - if you have a gorilla stick, you may be in better shape than us. If not, you have to take the risk. After three days of use, it's doing its job quite well - saving my neighbor's bushes several times. I think it's a high price for what it is. but if you need it to protect your kids or your beds, it can help.
