Review on 📸 Enhance Macro Photography with Mcoplus 14extc Macro Ring Flash for Canon, Black by Chad Siofele

Pros: - Comes with LOTS of lens adapter rings so it will fit almost anything you might have - Real flash bulbs, not LEDs as far as I can - Fast recycling speed - Autofocus lights are bright enough to help but don't wash everything completely (but I don't use them all the time) - Solid build but feels very sturdy. Cons: - Lens adapter rings have no filter screws. So they have to be the LAST "filter" on the lens, which means your lens cap has to be attached with screws. Well, you have to take it off every time to cover the lens. The lens adapter rings don't have vertical/horizontal stops, which isn't really a big deal, but it would be nice if the ring flash wasn't obscured. rotate freely. HOWEVER, depending on the lens it's mounted on, this can actually be a good thing. Overall: Great flash, uses real flash bulbs as far as I can tell (haven't taken it apart yet.), its performance with rechargeable Ni-MH batteries was excellent, draws a lot and I can honestly say it was a gem. I'll say I'm not a pro and I don't MAINLY focus on macro photography, but I'm pretty good at it. For general use, it couldn't be better. Buy this if you're just starting out, it's a great item to add to your kit.
