I ordered this cheap little printer to stop paying Fed Ex for copies of my driver's license and social security card as I continue to apply and interview during this shitty pandemic nightmare we're all living in. I used to have an Epson Small-In-One printer and looked for it again only to find that it now costs over $100 (I bought mine from Target for $40). The Canon Pixma TS3320 seemed like an affordable alternative, so I went with it despite many reviews complaining about the wireless setup. The boy was such a mistake. My printer arrived on time and well packaged, no complaints but following the instructions provided I hit a wall trying to install the software. The manual says you need to go to a specific website and download the software, but when I click the download button nothing happens. Apparently the printer can't connect to WiFi until you download the software, but you won't be able to download the software if your printer isn't connected to WiFi. At least this is my best guess as to why NOTHING HAPPENS when you hit the download button. I tried to troubleshoot the printer's wireless connection, but it didn't work. I then decided to use the setup disk that came with the printer, only to find that the device didn't come with a printer cable, meaning I couldn't connect it to my PC. I tried anyway to just install the software but after selecting "Run" the files again nothing happens. The installation should start automatically and I shouldn't bang against the wall until it asks me how I want to connect to my printer (because I have to select USB and there wasn't one). Needless to say I'm crazy about this damn thing. I just ordered a USB printer cable that will be here tomorrow. I'll try the install again with the printer connected to the PC and see if that makes a difference. I'm not sure what else to do. I am very frustrated and wish I could just buy an Epson for $100 and save myself the headache. If I can install the printer software on my computer with the printer cable, I will test the function and update my rating, but after that there really is NO CHANCE that they will see 4 or 5 stars from me. It's absolutely ridiculous.
