One of the most frustrating instruction sets ever!

I bought this for my elderly parents because it was supposed to be easy to connect, I took it and spent almost two hours getting it to work, constantly getting an error message trying to install drivers . And of course my mother's iPad was older and couldn't download the app. Finally gave up on the day said I would try another day when I saw there was a connector for a printer cable (not included) came back today with a printer cable and then finally was able to see it listed and to press. The…

ALL FEATURES MAY NOT WORK ON A MAC

There are no drivers for this printer for Mac OS14 computers. This is fine if you only want to print 8.5 x 11 documents but can't print envelopes or labels properly. I used the Canon iP2820 for many years but eventually it broke. This TS3320 was recommended as a replacement, but unfortunately it is not. Canon offers drivers for PC but not for Mac.

Pros
  • Inspires confidence
Cons
  • Infuriates

Find a complete guide online, it will help you.

Good printer after actually being able to find a full manual online which Canon has not simplified or included with the printer. So I had a hard time setting up this device with my WiFi. My mistake is that I started when I mistyped my WiFi password, but the hoops I had to go through to get this printer to forget the wrong password were funny. The documentation that came with the print doesn't tell you what all the codes mean or how to fix something more complex like a paper jam, and Canon's…

Pros
  • Good product for the price

Eats Ink Inkjet Printer

I thought this item was fine until I made maybe 10 copies and ran out of black ink. Then a few months later I ran out of color ink, I've never made a monochromatic copy of anything. Now after maybe 12-15 uses it gave an error code and stopped.

Pros
  • Quality Construction
Cons
  • Easily Repairable

Good printer once I could find a full manual online which Canon has not simplified or included with the printer. I entered the wrong Wi-Fi password, but the obstacles I had to overcome to get this printer to forget that wrong password were ridiculous. The documentation that came with the print doesn't tell you what all the codes mean or how to fix something more complex like a paper jam, and Canon's website didn't help much either. However, once I was able to get the FULL manual and reset it…

Impossible to install

I ordered this cheap little printer to stop paying Fed Ex for copies of my driver's license and social security card as I continue to apply and interview during this shitty pandemic nightmare we're all living in. I used to have an Epson Small-In-One printer and looked for it again only to find that it now costs over $100 (I bought mine from Target for $40). The Canon Pixma TS3320 seemed like an affordable alternative, so I went with it despite many reviews complaining about the wireless setup…

Pros
  • Designed for ease of use and easy replacement, the PIXMA TS3320 only requires 2 thin cartridges for excellent print quality.
Cons
  • Out of fashion

Good print quality, but WHAT A PAIN TO SET UP!

So I've used Canon printers all my adult life. I love them for the quality of the print and the fact that they can run all types of paper through them. I like cheap top loading photo quality. BUT. This printer does not support Plug and Play. Just skip it if you are not smart enough to take 3 hours to connect it to your home network. Damn! What happened to Plug and Play? My last Canon was replaced by Windows 10. They no longer had the driver and it just got boring anyway. A repair would have…
