I was given the headphones as a present. Unfortunately, neither promises nor receipts were provided. I've always used wired headphones, but these are my first truly wireless pair. Excellent initial impression; works as advertised; never needs charging; reduces background noise. You can run and ski without worrying about snagging a wire, which is a huge improvement over the alternative (wired ears). Unfortunately, after putting them back in their case and checking them later, I discovered that the left earpiece was no longer functional. Three hours of dancing with a tambourine and such-and-such a mother later, by some miracle I got them to sync (as it seemed to me then, I knocked each other three times). After revisiting the case again, the same problem, the old synchronization method did not work, but again somehow managed to make them friends, but, unfortunately, before putting them in the case. After the third try, I was unable to get the left earpiece to function. Neither the headphones nor the carrying case have any buttons. I looked for methods online to synchronize this model but came up nothing. Not pleasant
