Review on World MKTG America Kozy Heater by Amy Padilla

Now we are always comfortable

When we ordered this heater the arrival dates were 29/01/16 to 04/02/16. It arrived a week early, just 3 days after ordering. Yes, this heater does not have a thermostat so you will need to change the settings manually. A thermostat can be ordered as an option. But other than that, this heater WORKS. I absolutely love how incredibly cheap it is to run. 2 nights ago it was 33 degrees outside (low temperature). We never got that thing off the three plates - medium setting - and it's the ONLY source of heat in our tiny 1000-square-foot home that was built in 1930 and has no insulation. Within 24 hours of turning it on, heat is seeping into every nook and cranny, and you'll find you're using far less natural gas than you'd expect. Using figures from manufacturer's website $105/month for 5 panels 24/7 with no shutdown. On 3 sticks, never off again, that's $62 a month. And we turn it off when it gets warm during the day. And that at our current gas tariff of 47.9 cents for heat. I love how this thing keeps our house warm on these low settings. We had chronic problems with our stove for several weeks in the dead of winter; the lows fluctuated between 27 and about forty every night, and we were constantly cold. Never. This heater is all we need. Our house was built in 1930 and has no insulation. Now we are always comfortable. Our heater either has 1 plate - like now when it's 52 street - or 3 when it drops below 45 or so. With legs, connection adapters and hoses (sourced locally), taxes and all the little extras, it costs just under $300 to set up and run. Our neighbor pays $350 a month to heat her house with electric heaters. I've met three other people who have natural gas infrared heaters and they all love them as much as I do. This brand, another brand, not as important as how well infrared heaters work with natural gas (or liquid propane). The heat isn't dry and uncomfortable, it's VERY cozy and comfortable. I can't say enough good things about this model.
