I love how easy it is to use this platform! It's so intuitive that you can get started in just minutes with no prior knowledge of AWS or any other service providers out there (ease). There are times when we would like more flexibility within our account but overall they have been very responsive at resolving issues asap which has helped us stay happy customers!! Nothing really - their support team does an amazing job getting back quickly if something goes wrong thoughout your cycle. We've used them since launch time ago from initial project planning through post-launch maintenance/support services including helping manage customer success stories via social media channels such as Facebook & Twitter during peak season months where demand was high enough.
