I love how easy it is to use this platform! It's so intuitive that you can get started in just minutes with no prior knowledge of AWS or any other service providers out there (ease). There are times when we would like more flexibility within our account but overall they have been very responsive at resolving issues asap which has helped us stay happy customers!! The best part about this service is that it's completely automated! It takes care of all aspects from infrastructure to application development so you don't have to worry much about anything once its set up properly in your environment (which can be done quickly!). I dislike how there are not enough options when configuring new environments or services as they seem limited compared with other solutions out there. The ability to automate everything from application deployments at scale with simple API calls or scriptable CLI tools is very powerful!
