Pros: This collar looks well made. I've been testing it on my dog for a few days now, but it will take a little longer to get used to and the skin will relax. Overall I'm happy with its quality and how durable and comfortable it feels. I especially like the separate D-rings for the trailer and leash! Cons: Very thick compared to other collars I've bought. Perfect if that's what you're looking for, but in addition to the thick layer of leather, there's thick padding sewn on the inside. However, I got used to it after my dog wore it for a few days. However, this does 2 things: - If your dog is between sizes, choose the larger size. Judging by the length of the collar, my dog is usually around the middle of the "Medium", but I have to use the last hole (the largest setting of the "Medium" size) on this collar for him. looks a bit bulky. Again, this flattens out as the skin relaxes, but especially around the buckle, it's a shorter collar than I'm used to.
