Review on Corona® Corn Grain Mill Hopper by Ashley Gomez

Corona brand flour mill is terrible but the customer service is even worse. The people who respond to email support requests are rude and condescending. I would rather buy a fake than give my hard earned money to a company that doesn't value their customers. When part of my windmill broke, I contacted the manufacturer to inquire about a replacement part. I saw the parts breakdown chart but wanted confirmation before ordering the part to ensure I was purchasing the correct item. The response I received was not helpful at all, ONLY condescending and insulting as they accused me of being ignorant because I couldn't decipher the diagram. Additionally, they charge more for shipping than for the part itself, resulting in the cost of the part being more than half the cost of buying a new grinder from one of their recommended retailers. They argued with me about this and again implied I was ignorant, I don't understand why the cost of a badly cast piece of aluminum could be so high. You can read warnings on their website that you should only buy a genuine Corona brand windmill but I can't imagine what you can sacrifice by buying a fake as the originals are not of exceptional quality on their own. The castings are terrible and many of the threads are cut crooked, causing the crank to wobble when turned. This caused my grinder to fail prematurely. In summary, I would recommend saving the money and going for one of the cheaper Corona fakes so you feel less guilty about throwing it away - it's really only a matter of time. Then I recommend you buy the Wonder Mill like I did and never look back at this inferior product presented by rude assholes.
