Corona® Corn Grain Mill Hopper Review

Not sure about the durability or functionality of this product but it is solid and heavy. On arrival the box was completely broken and there were only large parts in the box.

The metal contact on this appliance ensures that metal chips and dust get into your food. The cotter pin is too high to be pushed down by the turnbuckle mechanism.

Have been using this Corona grinder for grinding beer grains for a long time! I had to put some washers on each side of the screws to keep them from being too tight, but now they have a perfect fit!

This was the secret ingredient that kept me from making tamales from scratch. It's not that difficult to turn and quickly grinds nixtamalized (mildly cooked, lime-treated corn) into a fluffy texture that's perfect for tamales. I use this corn grinder for what it was originally made for: grinding nixtamalized corn for tortillas. It works like a charm for me and it's easy to see why Corona is one of the market leaders.
