Okay, I know these WarmGuards are designed to keep drum-shaped kegs warm, but I use them (sizes WG30-30 gallon and WG05-5 gallons) for rising* and cultivation. The maximum temperature of 145 degrees provides enough heat when I'm not in direct contact with my breads and yoghurts (about 80-125 degrees depending on my position) to provide the perfect even and constant heat for yeast and culture growth so I can grow have my oven free for things other than incubation. There are commercial proofers and yogurt makers out there, but I find these limit the shape or amount of food I cook, and these large warmers are perfect. a baking sheet that sits on a cooling rack (to protect the sheet from the direct heat of the pad) and I can customize it around my loaf (whole wheat/oatmeal white buns shown) and adjust the height of the top of the pad. drinking glasses. Not shown here, I put the smaller WG05 in a box when making yogurt to keep it at a comfortable temperature of 113 when using the Inkbird Itc-308 Digital Outlet Temperature Controller Thermostat, 2-Stage, 1100 W, use with sensor. These blankets are really useful and I'm not sure if anyone uses them like I do, but I highly recommend this method if you're interested in culture. place before baking.
