CONS: User manual in Chinese which would be ok if I spoke it USB DOES NOT work. I've been trying to plug it in for an hour and it doesn't fit in the hole it's designed for. I can't figure out how to make this necklace because the instructions are not in English products: noise what noise. Even at maximum airflow, it's no louder than any other necklace fan. Air flow is good. Which I might leave because it looks like a nice little fan. But I have to put it on, so it comes back.
