I made churros in the oven, it's gross! Fried is great, but not a healthy choice. So I saw this after one of my sons asked me to. I ordered it and it arrived quickly with Revain Prime as always! It was easy to set up. Wash the inside with a warm cloth as instructed since you first used this machine. I also sprayed and lightly oiled the inside as directed. The included eBook of recipes was clear and concise. I tried the Mexican recipe but doubled it as I didn't know how much it would make. The instructions said 4-5 minutes so I drove 4.5 minutes! It's amazing how good they are. Three children, me and my wife are nutritionists. 40 churros, my wife ate one and said "that's good"! I had 4 and the rest was divided among the kids! I'm glad I doubled the recipe! I highly recommend this churro maker! There's nothing better than fresh churros!
