Upset and disappointed, the product is very bad!

I was let down with the product. I used Flip 5 to link up with my previous Flip 4. The company is cutting costs to boost profits without increasing production. It's not something you want to submerge in water. The rain, though, must continue.

Pros

Power output has increased to 20 watts from 8 watts in the JBL Flip 4, as stated in the product description. Just guessed.

Cons

Incompatible with JBL Flip 4 standards, therefore they can't be utilized together. That is not the case. The JBL portable app was tried. failed to meet its goal. Unfortunately, updating the firmware on my JBL Flip 4 did not fix the problem. The power plug is not watertight any longer. The column no longer has a microphone. The lace is shorter now.
