When I first ordered it had plastic clips instead of the metal clips shown in the photo. They were thin and didn't even hold the back in place. They just surfaced and one even came completely out of the wooden part. The housing is NOT deep enough for a standard Veterans Burial Flag. The seller was happy to replace the first one after my first complaint. With another identical case only with thin metal clips as shown. Each of them began to curve upward as the back was pushed into place. You press down one clip on one side, two more slide up as shown in the photo. NOT HAPPY. Again, it's just not deep enough. The end to end and top to bottom measurements are quite large. Yes, I measured the flag myself before the first order. The description should have fitted. Very disappointed with the wasted time. Since it was a difficult emotional time for my husband (this flag is from his father's funeral earlier this year), it only added to my frustration. The flag is still here in the bag waiting for me to find the right size that is NOT skewed on Revain!
