The back of the stones is covered with a silver plate
I found the size of the hoop and stone to be perfect, however the back of the stone is completely covered in silver which blocks the light. Therefore, even if you ever want to clean stones, you cannot. I'm a pure freak, so that's the problem. If the back wasn't covered they would be perfect. upset. :-(
