Ordered in autumn. My friend didn't bother putting the part on my car until spring warmed up again. At this point several months had already passed; found the part wasn't for the right side. Never returned, no offer for exchange. I even offered to drive to them with spare parts to replace them. He still had a freshly opened box. Literally still in my garage.
