Get an exceptional product at an insanely low price! After reading some of the reviews I got concerned and thought I was unlucky to get dead pixels or brightness/color settings that weren't what I expected. But it was all for nothing! I've always been a huge supporter and fan of ASUS and once again I wasn't disappointed in the slightest. [I used to play Counter-Strike: Source with the best teams and players (ie, but that hasn't diminished my competitive edge. So my need for a quality monitor with high refresh rates and low response times without breaking the bank was the main goal for a monitor.] It's insanely fast, personally for 60-75-85 Hz monitors it was HUGE (144 < 165 Hz) [21 fps difference] makes it even sharper.) It also has a 0.5ms response time ( exceptionally close to a CRT monitor), which is huge for an FPS compared to industry standards of 1.0-5.0ms. a player who relies on reaction time. So it wins on this one, but then it goes WAY BEYOND the typical $250 price range?!? SOLD OUT AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! - 165Hz > 144Hz and below - 0.5ms response time > 1.0ms, typical monitors don't go below 1ms - $250?>$350 (cheaper and better than most) Someone at ASUS is crazy for them Sell less than $350 because you won. got nothing better
