The bag is durable. Metal inserts are firmly fixed, nothing dangles. The straps and handles are well made, no loose stitching, soft and comfortable to carry on your shoulder, arm or hand. I don't really like the feel of the plastic nylon but I can ignore it as it's well organized. The extra zipped pocket inside is definitely a plus. External side pockets and a zip closure make the bag convenient. The bag looks like in the picture. The texture of the material is soft and leather-like. No chemical smells, not even synthetic ones. It looks like it will last a long time, it is well suited for daily use at work or transporting children to carry their belongings. It has many things. I have the navy blue and will wear it until it breaks!
