This is my first griddle. Perhaps there's a learning curve required, but I am having difficulty with this. I got it because I am tired of not fitting a full size piece of bacon in my existing pans. I purchased this grill to make pancakes on and am pleased to say it works great for that purpose! So far, the pancakes have not stuck to the grill. The size is perfect for laying over two of the burners on my gas stovetop and heats up in about 3 minutes. I really like that I can cook 8 pancakes at one time so it cuts the cooking time in half. Heats up, quickly and cooks quickly. Incredibly easy to clean. All I really have to do is run it under hot water and maybe a little dish soap and light-handed brushing. Amazing! I was using a cast-iron grill pan. No more "seasoning". Cast iron is great but, this my go-to grill pan, every time. Grilled chicken breast? A pleasure.

I bought this for camping specifically. I am definitely impressed with the quality and after using it a few times it does work great and distribute heat just fine. I did read a review that is just slightly too small to go on the Coleman portable stove which I have. Exactly as advertised. Love this dual purpose grill pan. Durable yet lightweight enough to handle, unlike my cast iron version. Also very easy to clean. Nicely designed!

We've only used it once so far, but it worked great! Fits our stove-top perfectly, seems to have good heat distribution (all the pancakes cooked through evenly at the same time) and was simple to wipe clean when finished. Highly recommend!

I bought this griddle with high expectations and so far it’s been winner. I believe it does the job very well and it’s easy to clean. Please follow the recommendations off the instructions and you will enjoy the results.

Overall it's been a great product. It's about 1/8" to long for our camper stove top, one side sits a little higher, but I understand it wasn't designed for that, that's just a comment for people looking for the same use. My only real complaint is the grease trap. 6 pieces of bacon completely filled the trap and spilt over. I would have rather lost 1/2" or so in that corner in order to gain a larger grease trap. Overall it's a great product so far.

I have looked for quite some time for a grill that I could use on the top of my glass-top stove. This one really does the job. I have also used this in my oven. Baked a pizza on it. The grill brown the crust on the bottom. No soggy crust anymore. To clean is a dream. As the direction say, let it completely cool before washing. A little soap on a sponge and away goes the dirt.

I use this one for almost everything like pancakes, bacon and more. cleans like a charm . sears steaks wonderfully. as well as scallops.Keep it oiled

After 2 years of trying to get my cast iron griddle properly seasoned, I finally gave up and purchased this. What an improvement! Light weight, heats up faster, responds if need to change in heat quicker, and is incredibly easy to clean. Only thing that is not as good is heat distribution, but is not a significant problem and minor compared to all the benefits.

I bought this because my mom's stove is a porcelain glass topHave used it twice before. Did a good job. And easy to clean. Alot nicer than my cast iron grill top I use for my gas stove. And that one is a pain in the ass to clean

I bought this griddle last minute before going camping this last summer and I was SO glad that I did! It fit perfectly on our 2-burner camp stove and made it so easy to make breakfast (french toast, eggs, and bacon!) each morning. It was so nice to be able to cook almost everything at once, and not have half of your food go cold while cooking the rest when you can only use smaller pans and cook a little at a time.
