I purchased this grill to make pancakes on and am pleased to say it works great for that purpose! So far, the pancakes have not stuck to the grill. The size is perfect for laying over two of the burners on my gas stovetop and heats up in about 3 minutes. I really like that I can cook 8 pancakes at one time so it cuts the cooking time in half. I only use it over medium to medium low heat and the heat distribution on this grill is very good, I haven't noticed any difference in heat distribution on any part of the grill. I always wash the grill by hand after it has completely cooled down and am hopeful the grill will continue to perform for years to come.
