I think it definitely accentuates my thighs and buttocks. This is a good material, a little tight around the hips. I'm a size 14 pant and my measurements are approximately 43 for my hips, 32 for my waist and 36 for my chest. I could get an XL but it's a better fit if it's not too big. Love it! Thank you amazon ❤
