I kickbox 5 times a week and it takes it toll on my body. I go to the chiropractor weekly and have monthly massage and acupuncture treatment but for my day to day post workout recovery I definitely NEEDED this massager. I love that I can use the straps to increase the pressure to really relieve the muscle tension in my neck and shoulders, and I can also use this on my hips. Its fantastic and I couldn't recommend this product higher.
