I ordered this for my son, whose birthday was May 2. The item will no longer charge and it has only been used for three months. I’m not happy because it’s not a cheap item.

The massager is good but the material ripped (within 2 months) and has completely revealed the plastic massagers inside. Without the cover it is impossible to use because it can’t be against your skin and using a blanket or shirt doesn’t work, it starts to wind in the massager.I wish I would have bought it at Costco so I could return it.

Being on the petite side, I have trouble with standard massage chairs since the rollers do not reach the top of my shoulders and neck area. Found out massage chairs not recommended for those under 5'5". This product solved my problem and now I can adjust the item to reach specific areas. Although the item is a bit bulky, I found sitting on the floor with item on my neck (supported by couch) works well. This product is well made and worth the money!

I have a truMedic foot massager that is out of this world. So when I read the description of this product, it sounded incredible. It is NOT a $200.00 item (and that’s the sales price). My friend has another brand she paid $50.00 and it’s a far better value. Disappointed and returned for refund. BTW, this was typed while using the truMedic foot massager!

I bought this neck and back massager for my wife who works in a spa. After hours of giving massages and pedicures she comes home with severely sore back and shoulders. This massager from truMedic is the best one we tried. We really love how you can control the strength by pulling on the handles. Also really love the heat feature. I see why this product was on Oprah’s list.

I bought this because it said it feels like real human hands. False! This is no different from other massagers that have hard plastic balls rolling into your skin. There was nothing special about the massage. It is also big and heavy and you have to hold onto it the entire time.

This item was used and returned. The box was not sealed and you can clearly tell it was a returned item…which is fine BUT don’t charge full price. I’m returning it for a new item.

My brother in law got one for Christmas. I tried it and was totally hooked. Ordered it on the spot. Both my wife and I use it often. Great for next tension, lower back, quads, hamstrings, you name it. Great purchase.

I have bought so many massagers and what I thought was going to be a great one was not. There is only one speed and it’s too hard. The fabric is incredibly rough and scratches my neck. It’s too late to return it but I’m very disappointed for what was a highly rated product. This was expansive and there is only one speed. It’s bulky and not usable for many areas like it claims. Do not buy this.

Performs as described. The only downside is that when you plug it in to charge, you can’t tell if it’s charging or when it’s done. There are no lights or indicators. But it is truly deep massager. Not for people who just like Swedish style.

So disappointed, once the initial charge quit, it would not charge again, and of course it was on day 31, and cannot return, would never buy again from this seller. Will buy again from Costco, same price.

I bought this for my Mum. To my silliness I threw the charger and Mum could only use it for few minutes but she loved it a lot. She is an elderly lady that has problems with her back and this device helped her a lot. The company generously replaced the charger. I was astonished to say the least. The product is very good and the company business policy is very professional and generous. Thank you. I highly recommend this massager.

I bought this as a gift for my wife and we both use it regularly. It's really good for getting the knots out of my neck. The massager may not fit comfortably on all body types.

I kickbox 5 times a week and it takes it toll on my body. I go to the chiropractor weekly and have monthly massage and acupuncture treatment but for my day to day post workout recovery I definitely NEEDED this massager. I love that I can use the straps to increase the pressure to really relieve the muscle tension in my neck and shoulders, and I can also use this on my hips. Its fantastic and I couldn't recommend this product higher.

Awful! It actually hurts! It falls off your neck and if/when you use it, you will be sore for days! It doesn’t feel like actual fingers or hands massaging you, it feels like metal rods! Trust me and DO NOT ORDER!

This was a gift for my sister because I love mine so much. I get a lot of knots in my upper back right by my shoulder blades. Typically even the large full massager chairs aren't enough pressure to really help work on the knots. This one does the trick. Love that it doesn't need to be plugged in to use and keeps a charge for several uses. I highly recommend it.

I love this massager. I bought it for my husband but once I tried it I haven’t stopped using it. I especially love it for my neck and shoulder area. The straps make it very comfortable to hold and also to move the massager to different areas easily. The pressure is phenomenal. I literally use it a few times a week. You won’t regret purchasing this. Well worth the investment
