I just got this and I love it, it works very well after playing around with some settings. Don't get hung up on the settings that come out of the box. Play around with the settings and do what you like and enjoy. DL "Acer Display Widget" from Acer from this monitor. This monitor comes with two cables. HDMI cable and DP cable. If your VC on your computer has a DP port, use that. DisplayPort (DP) is what you need to use to get the full 165Hz refresh rate from this monitor. HDMI only delivers 143.9 refresh rates. A few other things work better with DisplayPort than HDMI. Note. You may need to go into VC or Windows display settings to "boost" the refresh rate to 165Hz. On Windows 10, it's in Display settings > Advanced display settings - and look for refresh rate on that page so you can set it there.
