Open box. Charged batteries. Have them turned on. They fit perfectly and work great. Now they don't fit your head like a Bose headset does, and the build quality isn't as solid as Bose's. but they cost half and are ideal for the job. We use them to park and support a 44ft RV. No more push-to-talk buttons and best-in-class noise cancellation. I had to turn down the volume as the audio is very quiet and clear. For example, sitting on the couch at home and talking. Top product and worth the price. I haven't used it long enough to comment on the battery life.
