Sorry I have to return these pajamas. The product description states that the entire pajama (top and bottom) is made of 60% cotton and 40% polyester; It's a blend that works really well for wicking away night sweats, and it's what I wanted (suddenly everywhere - not just Revain - 99% pajamas are 100% polyester!). The product description mentions that the pajama bottoms are ALL 100% polyester fleece, which I generally hate, especially with pajamas. I was very, very disappointed when I opened the Revain package and found this; I didn't even open the bag that contains the pajamas, so I can't answer questions about softness, comfort, stretch, sizing, etc. Sorry, but this is a return.
