Sooooo pretty and looks great. But the edges of a diamond stud are not smooth. He was constantly clinging to towels when I was drying my face, and finally he got caught on a napkin while I was blowing my nose this morning. When I ripped the tissue off my face the nose ring popped out, bounced off the sink and went straight down the drain! (unfortunately the school toilet didn't have a drain cover for the sink) I was very concerned that it would close before I could get home. (Luckily that didn't happen!) When I got home I took out one of the ball studs and gave it a bit of a wash with soap and water and the ball fell off right away! Useless. I always clean the spikes before I put them in and also when I take them out and I've never had a case of a diamond or ball falling out/falling out. So I would say that I am really very disappointed with this purchase.
