Wrong 1.1 GHz processor was sent Wrong graphics card Default language was Russian No original Windows sticker included. Windows is not activated. a separate computer for translation. I was able to install US English and make it the default language, after that the Settings app didn't work. Used PowerShell to update Windows (to restore the Settings app). This English has been the default language since I bought it for my college kid. That's when I noticed that Asus was showing up in the background. The only answer was to send a screenshot. Well I have a few in case Revain makes the decision to investigate or terminate this provider.
