Review on Caldera Releaf® Neck Rest Regular by Courtney Johnson

I have serious problems with my cervical spine and it is dangerous for me to sleep sitting up without a neck support. I've tried many standard neck pillows, but they all had the same problem: my neck would eventually arch forward. They were also very bulky and could get hot. I'm a regular size in this headrest and it's great. This solved the problem of my neck rocking forward and has been a great sleep aid for me when on planes and trains. It's also quite compact and easily fits in my backpack. I have 2 of these and over time they seem to loosen up and become more comfortable. Too bad I didn't find it sooner. I am grateful to him for allowing me to take lots of naps and avoid injury.
